e-Sell Reset

If ITSupport has asked you to perform a reset, please do the following:

1. Exit e-Sell
2. Click on the button below to download the RESET program
3. If you are using Internet Explorer, select "Run program from its current location"
4. If you are using FireFox, download the program and then double-click on it to run the RESET program
5. The RESET program is automatic and does not require any user intervention
6. When the program is complete, the black window will disappear and you may re-launch e-Sell
7. You will need to login to e-Sell as your Rep# and then perform a Synch to Corporate
8. You must EXIT e-Sell and re-launch it after you Synch to Corporate
